The complaint alleged that defendant had granted plaintiff an exclusive distributorship for the sale of its "Color Suited System" in the territory extending from Marysville to the Oregon border, excluding Oroville; that in reliance on this, plaintiff ordered products costing approximately $2,000 from defendant which he distributed to his dealers, and took orders for the product from other
