This action was commenced October 9, 1956 by the plaintiff, Rose Kowalke, of Baraboo, against the defendant, Farmers Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, carrier of liability insurance on the automobile of Merritt Parks of Baraboo, to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff when the automobile owned and operated by Merritt Parks, in which she was a guest, left the highway and went down an embankment.
